Timothy, a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, joined Koberstein in 2026, bringing with him a strong foundation built through his service in the U.S. Army. Since transitioning into the construction industry in 2016, Tim has progressed from residential work into commercial general contracting and now civil construction, developing a well-rounded understanding of project execution from planning through completion. His background reflects a disciplined, solutions-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering quality results.

Outside of his professional role, Tim is a dedicated family man who values time spent with his wife and children.
