Phil joined the Koberstein Contracting team in July of 2015.  He attended the University of South Florida where he studied Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Drainage & Transportation.  He began his career in Surveying and CAD Design workingon construction projects throughout North America before getting into Project Management.  He still maintains his Civil Engineer licensure in Florida.  In his free time, Phil enjoys going to dinner with his wife, Cindy, playing golf, and his annual trip to Colorado to spend time with his daughters and grandchildren.
