Eli joined the team in September of 2024. He began his career in the construction sector as a laborer while pursuing his master’s degree in business administration. Following this, Eli took on the role of Financial Analyst while also managing a segment of E&E Concrete, a company founded by his brother. At E&E, Eli was involved in estimating, labor tasks, and project completions before advancing to the position of Staff Estimator. His long-standing connection to the construction industry has fostered a passion for its challenging yet fulfilling aspects.
