Deaconess GI Specialty Center

Purpose

The purpose of this project was to perform sitework operations for the construction of a new GI Center at the Deaconess Gateway Campus.

Specifics

Import and place approximately 4’ of fill material to raise the site/building pad
Install site aggregates, concrete and asphalt pavement
Install (2) large precast underground detention systems to manage site stormwater
Install site waterline and sanitary sewer piping
Install approximately 3800 LF of storm sewer piping and precast concrete structures

Our previous project experience at the Gateway Campus allowed us to quickly and efficiently mobilize, providing a timely start for the building contractors to follow.
